At Roof Pilot, we are committed to providing high-quality qualified roofing leads and ensuring customer satisfaction. This policy outlines our approach to handling various scenarios related to product receipt, quality, and customer concerns
How Billing Works
Leads are billed at $75 USD each, and every lead is pre-qualified and delivered directly to you by SMS and email.
Most leads are delivered within 1–3 business days after onboarding.
Payments are handled securely, and you’ll be notified before each charge.
1. Pausing or Adjusting Your Lead Flow
We understand things can change — you’re free to pause, resume, increase, or decrease your lead flow whenever needed. We just ask for 24 hours’ notice so we can adjust things on our end.
If you need to make changes, just give us a heads-up by text or email.
Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will take effect the next day, and any leads already sent will still be billed.
2. Our Lead Credit Promise
We want you to feel confident in what you're paying for. If we ever send a lead that doesn’t meet our standards, we’ll credit it (replace it) for you — no stress.
You’ll get a credit if:
The lead is outside your service area
The phone number is invalid or wrong
The address or contact details are clearly off
All credit requests should be sent within 5 days of receiving the lead, and any approved credits will be replaced on the 1st of the next month.
3. Stopping the Service
You're in control — there are no contracts or commitments. You can stop or restart service at any time with 24 hours’ notice.
